Toyota announces production plans for a consumer hydrogen combustion engine vehicle

The transition from combustion to electric engine has yet to be completed, so this might be premature. But I feel hydrogen combustion is an even better alternative than electric...and I wonder if we are getting closer to a viable commercial solution.
